Any way to get a fast Response from Steam Support Ticket ?

Well Yeah, I got hacked/hijacked too. All my Dota2 Items = Gone. And reading some of the threads, We all want to get a fast response. Because this is Steam right ? A Billionaire Company. So is there any faster way to get a response ? If anyone Knows, We will be glad to hear it. Thanks ho ♥

Actually, there is a way to get a faster response, but not much faster.

• Before putting in a ticket, read the relative Steam support articles.
  
• Inside the ticket, put all of the information that they need
  
• Don't submit multiple tickets.

There's no way to get an immidiate reply from steam support, you have to wait for that because there are thousands of player whose in line before you. and hundreds of player whose the same case with you.

yes i check it every day and its still open

Wow...over 2 months does seem like a long time to wait but sadly, that is all you can really do. Just do not make any new tickets on the same issue if you feel the urge to, as it is said that just slows down everything even more.
