I want to use a custom background I drew for my steam profile. Can i get banned for it?

This site helps you use established profile backgrounds to create more dynamic artwork showcases. It gives the impression that the showcase is a transparent window which allows you to see the background that would normally be obscured. Others use the process to generate animations that blend in with the background, again as artwork for the showcase.

It does not give you the ability to create and upload custom backgrounds to use on your profile.
