Linked wrong youtube account to steam, now i cant change it

Even though it says that you can "Unlink" the account and "Add" Or "Change" Account it still does not allow you because every time i've clicked link a new account it links my old one back to steam no matter what, I've searched for the answer every where and steam it self is my last resort

Have a look at restarting your operating system - restarting Steam should do the trick.

So, to link and unlink YouTube accounts through a browser (Chrome):

#1 Link your YouTube Account to Steam:

1) Sign out of any Google / YouTube accounts that your browser is currently signed into - https://www.youtube.com/logout
2) Login to Steam - http://store.steampowered.com/
3) Go to your Steam Videos - http://steamcommunity.com/my/videos/
4) Click "Link YouTube account" - http://steamcommunity.com/my/videos/link
5) Link the "Green" button - "Access your YouTube videos"
6) Input your Google / YouTube details and link the account to Steam
7) Done :)

#2 To Unlink your YouTube Account from Steam:

the exact same thing i've been doing for 2 hours, thats why i posted this because this Doesnt do what its suppose to

Go to the acount is wrong and go to the settings.
To the connected apps delete steam.
Then go again to steam and try to connect the new acount.

i found that for step 1 part 2 you need to ALSO unlink yourself from any steam overlay gmail stuff, it worked for me.

GO steam settings,
at the last WEB BROWSER
and delete cache and cookies
