this thing was malware which did a initiate either a trade or used the market to steal certain items. for steam, YOU did all of this, it was done from your computer. so you should not receive any items back. stuff is gone
screenshots are no evidence, since they can be easily faked.
is there no way to get my items back?
Here's how you fix it:
1. Clean your pc. Here's what you should do, restore your pc to a previous backup or restore to factory default. Scan your pc for malware.
2. Change your Steam password.
3. Contact steam support to request your items back.
It found two malwares on my pc and i cleaned it. Do you believe that it was the virus?
And how does the support believe me that i got scammed?
If you have the last setting here turned off they can steal your items and you won't get any help in getting them back: http://steamcommunity.com/my/edit/settings/
If it's on they can not steal them instantly, but they may have installed a keylogger, who knows..
Some people really have more money than brains.
*sigh* A little mean but kinda true. I mean I'm usurprised no one's noticed that Teamspeak 3 has been more or less the consistent thread in every hijaking in the last few months.
