No reply from Steam support-Ticket
I haven't received any reply no what so ever nore any information that would show that the steam support group is taking care of my ticket. It's been exactly 23 days since I submitted my ticket and from other experienced websites maximum i have waited around 2-48 hours so am just curious if this is normal for steam or should I make another Ticket or do something else?

It's normal. Support is quite clogged up so a reply could take several weeks.

same issue I had never waited that long I got hijacked on August 10 open a ticket no one reply back to solve my issue lost my $500 item I remember it takes 1 or 2 weeks know it's so slow and sometimes they close your ticket after a while.

I kind of get the feel there... i lost items worth 50 bucks but not 500 dam :X

Well I have waited 4 weeks today with no reply from steam regarding my account getting hijacked by phishing software. I have lost £250 which is $380 worth of skins and I think the service is disgraceful tbh

And the annoying part is that Steam doesn't even reply to you if they are investigating/ solving your case or even if they read your ticket.

I hate their serves no feedback yet :( WTF I really don't get why they don't have a faster server. It's like worse then EA

what servers? download speeds are fine, all websites, including the support website are reasonable fast accessible.

and the response time of support has nothing to do with the servers, human employees are not servers.
