Games crash before starting, dont load or hardly perfom

Ive had this issue for about a week or two, all out of the blue.
Whenever i start a game, which includes most, if not all of my library, it wont load properly, but instead stop responding before starting.
Ive tried restarting my pc, forcing it into windowed (failed), verifying the files, clearing the download cache, reinstalling the games themselves, reinstalling steam, updating my driver and im running out of ideas.

Incase it has anything to do with it, Rdr2 was the first thing to fail, dropping to 1-2 fps if even, also out of the blue. And this too couldnt be fixed with any attempt i took so far.

Wonder if anyone has or had a similar experience and maybe can help me fix this, because im slowly loosing my mind. I have no idea of any tech stuff so im lost here.

Could be a dying drive or a busted GPU. Does this impact non-Steam games also?

what CPU? ever updated bios?

havent tried much besides steam, but everything else worked fine

I actually dont know, had someone build my pc and set everything up so i dont remember, and i dont know wha that means, as said above, i have barely any knowledge about anything regarding tech
