Extreme Steam lag.
Hey guys! today i restarted my computer for my AVG virus protection. I have been battling a trojan pakes 2 for a while now, and It COULD be that. The problem with that idea, is everything works fine but anything involving steam so i dont think its that. It kinda pisses me off because all of my computer games are on steam. Someone help?
I did a speedtest and these were my results: Ping: 12ms Download speed: 173.38mbps upload speed: 11.97mbps

try refreshing steam files.

if you upgraded to win10, reinstall drivers.
