how to increase vmemory by bios system?
anyone?

Not possible with dedicated videocards and pointless with integrated videochips. Most newer onboard videochips have dynamic shared RAM, resulting in getting as much as needed.
You can't. Vram (vmemory) is ram that is physically a part of the vide card.

If you are referring to a laptop, then ram is often split between the system and video. You should be able to find out how to change that (if possible) in the manuel or manufacturer's web site. Many diffren computers have many diffrent bios, so there is no "one for every system" answer.
Also, depending on your system, you can sometimes run a type of "hybrid crossfire" for example in the case of a AMD board.

I have a board that has 512 MB integrated VRAM and it supports a AMD video card and will run them in "hybrid X-Fire", using both the on-board and dedicated GPU together to boost total VRAM.

But what the other good users here have said is correct. You cannot simply just change a BIOS setting like you seem to mention here.

That's not how Hybrid CrossFireX works.

I understand and you are correct here. Perhaps my use of quotes was not appropriate for what I posted so please excuse me on that. I was just trying to state that the board that I have will use both sets of VRAM together and boost the total amount. Thank you for your comment here, though.
Again, that's not how it works, you should look up what Alternate Frame Rendering means because that's what Hybrid CrossfireX does.

Here at the bottom of the page, it says pretty much exactly what I posted. Even using the same "hybrid" terminology that I used.

Combine the performance does not mean you add the really, really slow RAM to the very fast RAM of a dedicated videocard.
That's not how SLI/Crossfire works. No matter if hybrid or not.

i got alot... thanks bros
If you are on a integrated videochip, it has no meaning anyways, cause the chip core itself is so underpowered that it's RAM ammount won't matter.

A GPU has many other parameteres and VRAM isn't always the most important. I have seen several office level GPUs with 4GB RAM, yet they could use not even 1 GB from it.
