Add Phone Number does not send code
I put in my phone number and tried 4 times to get code to advance to the NEXT screen. No Code was ever delivered to my email. Consider yourself upside the back of your head. NOW fix it so it actually works.

The code is sent to yoru phone not via email....

Refer to the 'Adding A Phone Number To Your Account" section

The mobile authenticator process has nothing to do with adding a phone number. The SMS never arrives at the moment so one can never get a phone number verified.

Don't block emails from Steam.

Use a Gmail account.

I don't block emails from Steam. so your assumption is dead wrong. Also my email account is just fine the way it is and who it is with.

same here,why the text message can't arrive?
even it i add my new phone number??and i got 1 message from steam,and will be wait 1 week wtf is going on VALVE??

Ok... I don't know why, but you know when you remove that first digit because they add the +(No)
...don't do that and try your full number....
