Add ?xml=1 at the end of the community profile URL of the account you want to check.

thats a 3rd party site and gives a flip about your limit status.

0 means no, 1 means yes.

Yes, it does.

0 means no, 1 means yes.

Yours shows 0 so no it is not limited
