Report a translation problem
Totally a scam. Report all accounts involved, either to Discord, or to Steam.
The images are total fabrication and nonsense.
Bait, story, steps
They're going to try to get you to request a password change, and then send them a screenshot of your email if I remember how the scam works. Don't do that. Also steam would check to see if the accusation was accurate first even if the scammer did report you and I'm assuming it's not. And some user wouldn't know that steam would ban you in 3 hours.
Red box at top has all the information you need.
Is it this easy? I'll go send some fake reports because there are some players I hate.
Why would Steam staff or "admin" give this player any damn details about the actions that may or may not be done to reported account?
How are YOU supposed to fix the problem? By giving your account password to this "admin"? How is it possible that Steam Staff are unable to check your trading, chat and purchase history ON THEIR PLATFORM.
For the user who says they reported your account, you need to go to their account and report it as compromised because that is the account of someone who was hacked and now the account is being used by someone else. I've had friends I've known for months try to do this to me so I know they were hacked.
If you ever get referred to someone posing as a Valve staff member, you need to report the profile as a scammer because that was probably the one who is using the other account that reported you.
Valve themselves will never contact you through Steam chat. They will either send you an email via Steam Support or they will send you a notification (I.e. the arrow beside your user notification icon will be blue) if they want to get in contact with you.

Despite our warnings telling him not to, his response was that he would take the risk, for some skins. We give credit for this both to not inquiring nor to the lack of common sense.
What I do if I feel like a link feels wrong, I just copy it to my browser to make sure if it is a trap or a real thing. I don't actually enter the link unless I am certain that it is 100% safe.
