Artwork Uploads Won't Work

I've been trying to upload an artwork since yesterday (a normal artwork, not a GIF), but Steam simply refuses to allow it.
When I click "Save Artwork to Community Hub", it seems to load for a minute, but then I just get this error: http://prntscr.com/94bpr0

Everything else on Steam is working fine, I can even upload screenshots, so it seems to be completely limited to uploading artworks.

happened to me a while back, sounds like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ response but I ended up actually having to upload a different .GIF, but even to this day if I try to upload the other one i get that error code.

Try a different .GIF, and try pictures. If not, best thing to do would be either to google it or fill out a steam ticket, They can probably help you better than anyone on here can

I said it's NOT a GIF though. Not being able to upload GIF's is usually just a file size issue, that was the problem you had.
And I have tried uploading multiple artworks, but they all have the exact same result.

Same problem here, the size of my gif was 2.2MB, I managed to reduce the size to 0.78MB, and still not working...

little hint: you get 1 profile showcase for every 10 levels, which is required for what you want to do.
