Download games on pc via cell phone hot spot
Hey everyone
My internet at home sucks(1.2MB/s) so I thought hey I could use my unlimited 4g from my cell phone. So i created a hotspot connected to it and it worked fine on browser and other medias. But when i tried to download a game on steam the download didn't start as if there was no internet at all. So my question is: Is there a way I can fix this problem? I would really appreciate if someone could help me. Thanks

many mobile phone connections are filtered and traffic shaped. in other words, they can specifically block Steam if they want.

so ther isn't a way to download via a hotspot with my current provider? sigh but thanks or the reply
