How do I reset Steam Client?
I'm experiencing loading certain things not on time. Like displayed achievements, game info and loading times untimely.

I've reset Steam a long time ago by deleting a few Steam files which would've caused Steam Client to re-download those files upon open Steam, as what Support told me to do awhile ago. But I've forgotten what those files were.

I am running on Windows 10. Not sure if that's why.Since I upgraded to Windows 10. The loading wasn't as bad but slowly becoming untimely loading things on a couple of occassions.

Delete everything except STEAM.EXE and STEAMAPPS folder.

Then run Steam.exe again.

Yes I'm Windows 10 as well. How do I access the command system?

I know this is months late, but in case someone has the same question. Windows Key + R will open the run command this is talking about. If not, click the start button and type run.
