can be anything that has a specified value on steam:
- redeeming wallet codes/cards
- normal steam store purchases
- any form of microtransactions that allows direct payments(like on steam store) without wallet (only the dota store afaik)
then the account will be unlimited.
the next thing would then be the community market. that needs an unlimited account and a valid purchase on Steam 30-365days ago. if you for example redeemed a wallet code/card, that would not count as a purchase, since that is a redemption, you would still have to do a purchase of anything on Steam but that can then have any value. even 1 cent purchases will then alow the usage of the market 30 days later.
