What games can I run on this computer?
It's not a gaming PC, but I'm curious to see what I can make it do.

It's a HP compaq 6005 Pro small form factor
Gave it some extra RAM so that it's about 12GB
Came with a 500 GB HDD and I added a spare 750GB one.
Didn't come with a GPU so I was able to get this one working in it:

The PC itself was only 100 dollars on cyber monday which I think was a steal especially since all the upgrades have been with canibalized parts. So uhh. Anything else I should let you know? The Processor is 3.4 GHz dual core. The power supply does suck so I Think I've met the peak of retrofitting this machine. I know people like to build from scratch, but personally I love upgrading existing mass produced models because I believe in the beauty of mass production so yeah I don't usually play console, but I don't exactly fit into "PC Master race" either. This machine is really Utilitarian looking, square and simple which I love. No bells or whistles.

As for the GPU IDK how to check the exact model number. Can you tell from the pic I added?

I was able to get working so far:

Shovel Knight
Roller Coaster Tycoon Deluxe (had on disc)
A GBA Emulator which I havn't had any problems on any of the games for it.

I'm curious to try Halo 1 and maybe Minecraft.
For Steam I'm thinking maybe... Terraria? I'd be really surprised if I could get CSGO or TF2 running. Probably asking for too much there though.

well the i think the gpu wont do much just by looking at it and the cpu is a bit slower than core 2 duo cpus. So I'd say you could play some games up to the 2010s..... probably the old classics: call of duty 4, HL2, GTA SA, etc.

well TF2, anyway, is free so why not try it and see if it works for fun?

If you can get a low profile card like a gtx 650 you can probably play a lot of the non-cpu intensive games released even up to 2014. Its a 75w card so your psu would probably still handle it. And these cards go pretty cheap and will run csgo and tf2

Did play Warface on a laptop a while ago on min graphics. It's free and a quick download so maybe I'll try that even though it's not the most popular FPS.

Maybe World of Tanks SD client?

Oh I know, Papers Please. lol.

Any of those God mode games like the roller coaster tycoon I mentioned? Maybe one of those city/ civilization sims?

Or that new Undertale game my brother was watching someone play on Youtube.
