If it's beyond 14 days / 2 hours, it's on a case-by-case basis. So you'll need a reason why you waited 2 months.
You shouldn't, because it won't get accepted. "game bought more than 14 days" doesn't mean 2 months, it means time that isn't significant such as 15 days.

look for the transaction, click it then you purchased this product by accident, choose the refund thing and give a proper reasoning statement.
