It's probably just the Steam servers.

ok, now we know that you have no clue what an internet provider is.

ask your parents what they did so that the internet is now slower.

D'link is a taiwanese company that builds hardware and software around networking.
If you try to figure out what ISP you have, just look at the bank accounts where your internet/tv is paid too.. That company is probably your ISP.

Off the top of my head: something else (or someone else) could be using your bandwidth, it could be a problem with your ISP, it could be that your ISP is intentionally throttling your connection. Have you spoken to your ISP about the slower speeds?
Anton Dec 13, 2015 @ 1:10pm
no i have not spoken to my isp.
Anton Dec 13, 2015 @ 1:14pm
maybe something is wrong with my pc not my isp?

It's possible something else is using your bandwidth. I don't think it would be doing so for a week straight. You could try power cycling your router.
