I my name is Thomas and i got a problem.
i bought a new pc and i waned to play (cod bo)but my key code is missing so i lost it can you help me i would like to play this game instead of trowing it away.

if that code was once activated on Steam, then the game is bound to a steam account anyway. so just login to the correct steam account you activated the key on.

i recently bought a used copy of this game but the code inside has already been used so now i cant install the game because of it, is there anything that i can do at this point?

Take it back to whoever sold it to you and ask for your money back. Codes can only be used once, so a used game is useless.

so i am to be guessing correctly that once the original code for the game has been used there is no way for obtaining a code for this as it sits? like a new or replacement code for that matter?

You bought nothing, the key is a one time use item. Return it if you can, otherwise you got scammed.

There is no replacement, it's tied to someone's account already. The physical stuff is useless, it's the key that has all the value, and it can only be used once.
