Help! Games not working...

for the past few weeks i have been having problems with my flash player acting up, and preventing me from playing games, or watching videos on youtube, or using any website that used flash. I installed malwarebytes and spybot S&D, and it seemed to have fixed the issue for about a week or so, but the problems have resumed, and now, malwarebytes and spybot S&D dont seem to be helping anymore. I also have Sophos antivirus installed, so i am almost entirely sure i dont have a virus. But it still seems that no matter what i do, the problems arent going away. any help would be appreciated.

you have problems with a plugin and try to fight that problem with anti-virus software?

how about ... just as a little experiment to see if that would fix the problem .. uninstalling flash?

had already tried that and it didnt work. but, i just reinstalled flash and it seems to have worked for now.
