Problem with family sharing

Why my friends can't see my new game L.A. Noire?

I bought it last weekend and have played it few times.

However they just can't see the game...

what problem with my account?

LA Noire is excluded from Steam Family sharing.

I think every game can be shared previously.
How can I identify that a game can be shared or not?

by default you can share every game, but there are exclusion, however, it is not officially mentioned anywhere on Steam and you have to rely on 3rd party services to give you that information.

You can't share any game that uses a cd key to work, just like GTA v max Payne 3 far cry or games that uses 3rd parties

I am not sure about whether this pattern is definitely right or not ....However, I will do double- check this kind of games when I want to buy it with friends.

Uplay, Rockstar Social club and any other dodgy 3rd Party DRM won't let you share.

Wow, I do see it on the Steam Store(L.A. Noire). Thanks, there is a description (DRM: GameShield) below the tags tagged officially.
However, why can't I see the DRM tag in GTA V?
