The type of trades you will have to make are not supported by Steam and any items/funds lost will not be returned.
Please read the Steam Trading policy and Scam policy first. We see plenty of people begging and crying that they lost items and money to a scammer. All those could of been avoided by staying within the steam trading policy.
No... There is an option to link your paypal account when you sell something from the steam market... Valve just takes a cut is all... I can see that the OP has played +200 hours of TF2... How much $$ have you made from that game?? Have you ever gotten any unusuals from a crate?? If so, how much did it cost and how much in total did you spend before you got the hat/wep/taunt?? CS:GO will probably be the same story if not worse...
The paid mod thing in workshop backfired astronomically and was shut down after being alive for less than a week.
