Well, Thanks for the help...
Question: Why you fill up your wallet and then try to buy the game with PaySafeCard?
and your currency conversions are wrong:
100 NOK = 10,6327 EUR that is the current rate.
and that should be enough to buy csgo, since it only costs 9,99€
edit: whoops, it costs 13,99€
£ is GBP
€ is EUR
Look... I did not try to pay with paysafecard... When i was going to add it it came up like "Paypal, Paysafe, Visa. etc. I just tried it, canceled it cause it didnt work. ;/ What to do?
It says i need to add 100NOK then... (10£)
Hmm, I dont see it? Sure its there?
Still not there... :/
Nope, i havent been out of norway in like a year... And never logged in on my account in another country, this account is fresh, an hour or so.
And I guess I am outdated. NOK is supported by steam and it should also display all prices for you in NOK. but your wallet is still in EUR, that is probably why it doesn't display wallet as a payment option.

there are the methods to change your wallet currency. either pay with one of the currently existing methods or contact steam support.
