PS3 controller?
Is there a way to play steam games with a ps3 controller without having to download motioninjoy or somethong like that?

Not without no. You need a driver for it to work.

PS3 controller is not officially supported on Windows, only with some dodgy third party programs.

On other hand X-box 360/One are natively supported and should work plug-and-play.

you also can't put "steam games" into one pot. each game is different, just because they are released here doesn't mean they all developed by the same people, so every game operates differently since there is no real standard of how to implement controller functionality into a game. some games accept native ps3 controller, if just the driver is installed, most oither games dont.

This is wrong. There is a real standard, it's called "XInput". The far most games implement that. A couple of older games also implement DirectInput, but those are really few and only extremely rare exceptions support anything PS-related natively.
There is a standard: XInput.
