Steam using only Disk not Network
For some reason recently my computer has been downloading things off of steam with what it calls disk usage. When i opened task manager it was telling me I had over 100% disk usage now why is that? I defragmented my computer but that did not help. Does any one know how to fix this.

Forgot to say that I am also on Ethernet while doing this.

that is normal, stuff steam downloads is compressed and the extraction process can be so intensive that it is unable to download parallel.
