"Spacewar" in library

I need help with "game" that acts like trojan or some kind if virus, I cant uninstall it or remove in any way, cant even open game folder to remove it manually... no matter what I click (store page,workshop,discussions) it leads me to store main page as if game never existed, every achievement rarity is 0,1% which is very suspicious, same as no game icon or background in library aaand I have 3min playtime even tho I never knew about such thing.
Please I need help how to get rid of it and if my pc is in danger. Thank you in advance.

story short:
it is technically on everyone's account.
to make it appear in your library you either attempted to install it or you ran pirated games that abuse it to get things working.
the game is Valves example game for game developers to showcase steam functions

you should theoretically be able to remove it from your library on this link:

I literally said everything I could, Im poor so I cant spend money on game that I will possibly forget later or I wont play at all... I might just add that its not even shown in "steamapps" folder which is official steam folder where every game is stored.

"This product is not in your Steam Library." and it clearly is... and none of these links helped me to delete it, but at least I know now that its harmless. Thank you and enjoy your reward <3
