How to obtain Valve Employee badge?
I saw some people have it and its really cool, how to obtain one? Underneath it says ''Crowbar equipped'' but I have no clue what to do or how to equip a crowbar, any info would be helpful. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you have to get hired by Valve to get it.

Yup, only people who got hired by Valve in some function or other get that badge.
