steam never gave me my money for a game that i refunded ?!?!??!?!? this pisses me off

If you refunded to your wallet or a US bank, then it can take up to 7 days. If it is to a non-US bank, it can take up to 14 days.

If you recived the refund approval, then the money was already in motion and it is up to the banks to get it to where it needs to go.

it was a approved by steam and i have been waiting for 17 days

Did you get the refund approved within 24 hours of your purchase of that game ? Was it requested to be sent to your bank or credit card perhaps ?

"Still can’t find your refund? Please review your recent purchase history; you may have used the funds to make another purchase!" what does this mean?

We’ve issued the refund to the payment provider. You should see a credit or see the original charge removed from your statement within 14 days. this is what it says
