Can i refund cd keys ?
I bought a steam cd key, i thought is was good, but now, i feel it's terrible, can i refund that cd key ?

you cannot refund anything that you have not bought at the store you wanna refund it, nowhere.

Sorry, but you cannot refund CD keys.

This link states that:
Valve cannot provide refunds for purchases made outside of Steam (for example, CD keys or Steam wallet cards purchased from third parties).

This is if you bought your CD key outside of Steam.
