Will my computer run H1Z1 or DayZ

Motherboard : M2N68-AM
Video Card : GT 610
GB RAM : 2GB
Processor:AMD Athlon II X2 240 2,80 GHz

I only want to play any of these 2 games all low and 30-20 fps

No to both. You do not even remotely meet the system requirements. Which you would know if you would have bothered reading the system requirements of those games.

I saw DayZ requeriments and i think i can run it but with 4gb ram can i run h1z1?

Doubtful. It's very well optimized, but it still needs a half decent PC, not your old office computer.
