200 listings, market ban

So ever since september I've been like on a market cooldown or whatever you want to call it, because of the law where in the US about selling 200 items, well my mom is paranoid so she won't fill out the information, so I cna't sell anythign ever since september. And it says can't sell 200 items in a CALENDER YEAR. So I'm wondering if at midnight on jan 1st i will be able to sell things again.

yeah you need to submit your tax forms to valve if you wanna sell more than 200, it's a major pain in the arse.

Well yeah, but if I wait till 2016, will it go away? Cause there is no chance my mom is filling that out.

Yep I think you get your freedom now. Tax report comes dec 31 or something like that for companies

what are you doing on your moms account?

you fill that form out with your information or you don't fill it out at all.

You most likely do have a social security number, but you just don't know what it is because at your age you never had to use it since any other important forms that required it were filled out by your parents. You should've been given a social security number after you were born.
