My Steam account has been suspended. The steam manager said that if you pay 100,000 won, it will be released. how to do this I do not engage in illegal trade. An impersonator who impersonates my account occurs. Speak via Skype with the Steam admin.

Sounds like a scam. No one at Valve is going to make you pay money to avoid having your account suspended.

Also, no one at Valve is going to talk to you about your account in Skype, if that is what you mean.

Can you clarify more what exactly happened ?

There is no time when a Steam employee will demand money.

Speaking with anyone on skype? scam. Anyone on Discord? Scam.

Either your account is suspended and you get an email and a big red letters on your profile saying so, or your account is being scammed.

REPORT the account telling you these things, because that's never ever going to be legitimate.

If you currently do not have access to your account

Follow these directions to recover it: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0A94-F308-34A5-1988

If you still have access to your account

Follow these directions to secure it:

Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change passwords from a clean computer
Generate new backup codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
Stop using shady third party trade sites or clicking suspicious links.

Do each of the steps.

In either case

Block the scammer who contacted you on Skype. Think about it, Valve has no reason to contact you via third party applications, and how would they even know what your skype account even is since there is no way to link your Steam account to Skype.

Remember that Valve's own support pages tell you they will never contact you outside of the support ticket system. And they will never ask you to pay money to "unlock an account". There is no such thing as "illegal trades", and there is no such thing as a "steam admin".

This is a scam. Official Steam staff does not contact us through any other source except email and support tickets. Emails are never sent from an individual they're automated.

Follow account recovery steps. Report these people to official Steam support.
Pattern of scam:

Bait, story, steps

Does your account actually look suspended in any way?

It's a scam. Skype is not Steam. Block and ignore.

There are 3 big red flags of something being a scam, in this one sentence.

Only scammers need you to stay on the path they try to lead you on.
Leave paths and find your own if needed, to the original.

It's obviously a scam. I'd do the steps provided in response #3 if you've logged into any 3rd party sites or given away sensitive information.
