Gcash to Steam wallet problem

anyone can help me with this? i've just recently purchsed 500 steam wallet via GCASH yesterday, and up until now i still haven't received any text confirmation for the steam wallet code. it has been almost 19 hours now and still haven't got it.

i still have the recerence no. of that gcash to steam wallet transaction if it helps.

Are you absolutely positively sure you'll get a code? I'm asking because there's a lot of ways to top your Steam wallet up without using any codes.

I have the reference number of the transaction. Confirmed the cp number was mine, and it's almost 2 days now i haven't got a text of the codes.

I'll paraphrase. Are you sure, the form of the transaction is supposed to be a code, not some other means?

Steam offers GCash as a payment method via AliPay+/Smart2Pay in the philippines.
if you used this, you will NOT receive any codes, if the transaction was successful, the funds will simply be added to your Steam wallet.

if that says failed or pending, something on gcashs end takes longer or did not work. either try again or wait.
