vac ban can somebody send me trade offer?

No, the items are now tied permanently to the banned account as part of the punishment. You can enjoy them on non-VAC servers.

You can't send items to anyone that you got Vac ban for said game, once banned, the items are permanently attached to your account, people can still gift you items, but you can't give anything in return for said game items that your Vac ban for, once you get those gifted items, they too become permanent on the account.

Bottomline, you won't trade with anyone at all for said game items that your Vac ban for, all items that for said game on the account, and those that gift you items in the future, or you buying from the market place, or in-game store, those items will be permanently attached to your Vac ban account, and will never be able to trade them, nor transfer them to anyone.

Generally rule of thumb: if it takes you ten seconds for you to think of a workaround (for your consequences), someone smarter than you thought it in five seconds fifteen years ago.

Best case scenario is someone thought of it almost immediately, exploited it, it was discovered and patched the same day. Worst case scenario, developers aren't morons and are constantly thinking about how to prevent users from doing things they shouldn't be doing.

I don't think there's a problem with trading items in games 'you are NOT VAC BANNED IN'. A vac ban is not the same thing as a trade ban. Is that what you are asking?

Thats not what post #6 says. They are asking if they can still trade from non vac banned games.

the items of the game you are VAC/game banned in are no longer trade/marketable. does not matter who the trade offer does.

I make it clear for you, let say we only talk about CSGO, no other game exist alright.

When you get VAC ban for CSGO, all your items for CSGO are now untradeable, and unmarketable, that means those items can't leave your account forever. You can't offer your items to anyone, hence untradeable, and no one can request items from you, again hence untradeable, they could send you items, but you can't send anything back period.

If not clear enough, think of dropping items in a blackhole that you never get back, that what your account is, a black hole, no one can take any items from you, and nor can you give anything to anyone period, the items forever bound to your account that the bottomeline.
