[SOLVED] Beta branch not showing up

For some odd reason, and this never happened to me before, I can't seem to be able to unlock a certain beta branch for a certain game. The issue seems to only apply to me as others have reported it works just fine for them.

So when I put the code of the branch, it simply doesn't show up in the branch list, it does say that the code is correct but nothing else happens.

Things I tried:
- Leaving Steam beta mode
- Going back to Steam beta mode
- Restarting Steam
- Restarting PC
- Try in big picture mode

I have no idea what else I could try...

if it's a game where you need to be invited to beta/only developers are part of beta, you won't be able to access it.

from my point of view the depots that were updated recently are password protected. one is called patreon, the other internal.

I'm shocked, you actually knew it was Pro Wrestling X out of all games on Steam. :O

Yeah, i'm trying to get the beta branch called "latest-bleeding-edge" using the code "justforsteamsupporters".

your post history is public, but it would be much appreciated if you just include as many information as possible on help stuff.

i assume password "justforsteamsupporters" (probably without quotes) works now?
otherwise restart Steam, try again. i cant test that, requires to own the game.

before restarting steam, clear download cache

Clearing download cache and restarting Steam worked.
