How to change your clan tag?

When I enable my clan tag in CS GO, it is set to "Noctis Clan" and I want to change it to just "Noctis"
Any way to do this?

join or create the correct group and restart the game and set it.

I can't anymore. I accedently left and am no longer admin, so I'm trying to contact my friend.
But I restarted the game 3 times, set my tag to nothing in game, and it's still coming up as "Noctis Clan"
