non-reloadable cards usually cannot have refunds returned to them. BUT not all gift cards are non-reloadable.
One adds new money, the other returns money to the card.
In most cases, it can be refunded to the Visa Gift Card.
1: Refunds take up to 14 days to process and for the money to make its way to your account. Wait the 14 days.
2: Check the card for a customer service number and call that if you have any questions about the card. One question you might ask them is "Can a retailer issue a refund to the card?"
