My Activity page no longer shows game purchases at all. Everything else that it is supposed to show is still there. The checkbox for purchases/pre-order new games bought under the activity settings is checked. Clearing cookies and logging in and out did not fix. This started after Steams last update (the one before the sale). I am aware of the whole private games thing on the beta but I am not running the Steam beta.

You can create an activity post and attach a game to it. Not the same but it's at least a workaround. Sucks that this doesn't work during the sale.

I would do updates and new features on a low sale like halloween. Every year they do it on the big sales and nothing works. Steam doesnt learn.

There's no alt. Not gonna lie though, I kind of wanted to play along and pretend that it was an alt in my reply to you now because it's hilarious how you're cooking up all these conspiracy theories. It says a lot about your mental state.

First you said that Sangue de Gnomo bought his Steam account and now you're saying I use an alt to award myself.

That's some real paranoia. Maybe see a shrink about that, and also for your gaming addiction that had you playing Starfield for ten hours a day. Oh, additionally ask for a testosterone prescription and maybe you'll unhide your Steam account.

I just like seeing what people in my activity feed are buying. It helps me see games that I sometimes wouldn't on the store page, and I assume it works in the reverse. There are games I have my eye on and when I see a friend bought it, it can become a conversation. Seems this stream helps Valve and publishers get more advertising and it sucks that it isn't working.
