Not really sure what you are talking about here, but you don't have any VAC or game bans on your profile that you are posting with, so you can play and play on VAC servers indeed.
Even with a VAC ban, you can still play the game, just not on VAC servers for example.

Is this somehow related to Steam or just CSGO ? Seems like a CSGO forum topic to me but I could be wrong here.
it could be sourcemod, even THEY don't know exactly which parts of it can cause bans.
They have a new option in the cfg called 'FollowCSGOServerGuidelines' which turns off the items they KNOW get people banned. But it's not exclusive. As they find more, they'll add more features that are turned off by that flag!

Seems like good information to me, among other posts in that thread. There may be other threads on the matter but that is just the first one that I found.
Maybe link that thread and this thread in an edit to your support ticket then...not sure on that one.
To be clear, the services that should not be offered on a community server include (but are not limited to):
– Allowing players to claim temporary ownership of CS:GO items that are not in their inventory (Weapon skins, knives, etc.).
– Providing a falsified competitive skill group and/or profile rank status or scoreboard coin (e.g., Operation Challenge Coins).
– Interfering with systems that allow players to correctly access their own CS:GO inventories, items, or profile.
I didn't offer ANY of that. I only offered the THC-RPG plugin, which only increases speed, damage and things like that. It's a fun mod, it doesn't change the models, inventories, profiles, coins, ranks or whatever.
