Infinite Steam points bug

*Haven't tried it myself but it would make sense technically speaking*

Step 1: Buy a game and get steam points
Step 2: Spend Steam points
Step 3: Refund the game with Steam Support

Nope won't work. Refunding the game will deduct the points. Also, refunding frequently can get you locked out of the refund option.

If you have an insufficient points balance to cover the deduction due to refund, the most recent point purchases will be removed to clean the negative balance.

When you refund a game, the points you gained from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If that causes your Points balance to go negative, we'll also remove the most recent items and Community Awards (and related tips) you've used points for, until your balance is no longer negative.
