Lies of P is missing from library

I redeemed Lies of P Deluxe Edition with a key purchased from Eneba, played it and everything was fine. Today I wanted to play but I discovered that the game is no longer on my list but the deluxe DLCs remained. So I contacted support and they replied that I only redeemed the Deluxe update without the game but it's a colossal BS, I have the hours of play marked, some trophies unlocked and I have a steam email where it is clearly visible that I have redeemed the entire Deluxe edition, not the Deluxe Edition update, furthermore if I click on the Deluxe edition update it shows that it was redeemed together with the Deluxe edition package. I posted the screenshots that prove the truth of the facts but they haven't responded for hours, should I close the ticket and open another one or should I wait?

Contact the shady key site you purchased the game from.

Steam support can not help you.

Contact the 3rd party site you bought the key from. Valve will not provide any support for purchases made outside of the platform.

If they key got revoked odds it was bought with a stolen credit card and reported, so devs revoked it.

Known shady site. Steam's not responding because it's not their responsibility when users buy sketchy keys from sketchy vendors.

I thought the same thing but this doesn't seem to be the case, when a game is removed for that reason Steam notifies you, it happened to me once. In this case the game seems as if it was never in the library, last time it remained among the games I owned, this one not even a trace, it's strange. And then all the DLC remained in the library, if that was it they had to disappear too
