That might be just the start

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

It really doesn't. It happens to those of us who let our greed overshadow our common sense.

That stream is one of the latest hijacked accounts used to promote the phishing scam. Similar to the LTT hijacking and the Elon Musk crypto phishing scam.

I've seen and have reported dozens of these hijacked YouTube accounts over the past few months and you should too.

The other one was a recorded stream GabeN did with the Steam Deck and it also had a fake giveaway with a QR code you can scam to get your account hijacked...

Only scammer pages claim they are authorized or affiliated when they show you login with.
