Postal 4 Doesn't Load the game
Hello. I had a laptop that was old and i wanted to buy postal 4 so i bought the game and waited it to install. When it was installed,I was excited to play but suddently a error pops up that i am missing something. so i didnt knew what i was missing and i though, Maybe i need a new laptop. 1 year later it was christmas, ive got a new laptop and installed steam and installed postal 4.So i Hoped for myself it would work, But it didnt it was a error and it said "The following component(s) are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Runtime Would you like to install them now?" So i clicked yes and it was loading. when it was done,I was excited Again if it would work.But it crashes.Every single time. So can you help me with this?

I have Visual C++ 2017 installed, not 2015.
It maybe better to take a newer version < https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads >

Also, you're crashing, but you're not sure why?
The game and windows both have logs for these things. Put your PC's specifications up and show the crash report if you don't understand it yourself.
For your old laptop I suggest looking through the Event Logs in windows when you run the game. If that doesn't help you can use a third party tool.

As to visual C++, install the 64x variant. Usually you don't need that other one, but it usually comes with the x86 variant as well. (most modern computer programs run programs using the 64 bit system)

Edit: Common reason for problems. Outdated drivers. Make sure at least you GPU driver software is up to date.
