Sudden region lock?
Hello! Back on January, I bought a DMC5 key off a trusted third party website. Everything went well, activated the game, could install, yknow, was just normal.
Until about two or so days ago, suddenly in my library I noticed that the game just says "Unavailable in current region", with the install button greyed out. I have not moved out of my country or anything, and it seems like the only game to suddenly be affected. I don't understand why this is the case.

The site in particular was Fanatical. As far as i'm concerned, its a legitimate website, unless that was a mistake.

That's the thing, my country is included in that list. I physically live here. So I don't understand why.

So, about the time the region lock happened?

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

:qr:

Yeah, about the time the region lock happened. Steam Authenticator is also active so part of me feels that might have stopped any horrible shenanigans that could have been pulled on my account regarding purchasing. Did everything except the api key thing, as I do not own a website

Do all the steps in order. If no API key, ignore that one.

Yeah, it is done. Unfortunately, I am assuming that if I do wish to play DMC5 in the future, it means I must purchase it again?
