Switch Pro controller wired.
Nintendo Button Layout = Off
Steam Input for Xbox Controllers = On
Steam Input for Switch Controllers = On
Native Controller Input (in-game) = On
The buttons are correct and match the default layout shown in the in-game controller settings.
Just in case you aren't aware, Xbox controllers use an ABXY layout that is reversed compared to Nintendo's.
They will always be wrong because the game does not recognize the controller as a Switch Pro controller, Steam is just taking the inputs and presenting it to the game as an Xbox controller. This is why the game does nothing when Steam Input is disabled.
As far as Hollow Knight is concerned, you're using an Xbox controller where the lowest face button is A, and the upper face button is Y.
Yeah well I am with Stormy Faire Weather on this one like for example when I'm playin Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga & or Monster Hunter Rise + Sunbreak on my Switch my light or heavy attacks has & always been Y and X and speaking of X when I wanna skip to the main menu of Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga I press X & it works fine but when I play it on PC with Nintendo Switch Controller it's the same issue that Stormy Faire Weather stated that it's all messed up bro
