Does "Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator device changed" trade hold you?

Changed phone. I believe I changed authenticator the correct way, but some trades have been on hold.
When I go to "Community Market" I can't see that I'm limited in any way, but a site claim my steam url is on trade hold.

Normally it should show on market. Between 3 or 15 days. If i remember right

After transferring the authenticator, any new trades or market listings will be held for a couple of days

If you did the change correctly, it only couple days for cooldown to go away. If you did it wrong then it 7 days if re-enable Steam guard mobile app, or 14 days if didn't link to steam guard mobile app.
