Very strong possibility your account has been shadow-hijacked then. Have you used any 3rd party sites? I'd do the following steps as a precaution especially as your name history looks dodgy:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Accounts do not change language for no reason. Look at your name history - there is a suspicious entry. If that wasn't you then you are hijacked.

Click on your name in your profile and the drop down list will reveal your previous names. If you've ever used a 3rd party site just do the steps also. Giving away your credentials to such places just allows them to be captured and you can be hijacked without even knowing.

i’ve only use “omgwizzyy” but i see that it’s three other names. such as “Conuter-Strike:Gl0bal Offeusive” “(chinese word) kunkuncsgo.icu” and “Naiwei”

What should i do?

If they are not your names then your account has been hijacked and you should do all the steps I posted in the second response.
