Which isn't the correct way to request refunds.
If this is about a refund then for a manual ticket -
In the Steam Client, go to: Help > Steam Support > Purchases > (name of game) > I have a question about this purchase.
If it is some other kind of support, then there it depends on what the issue is and may need a bit more explaining. Keep in mind that support is mainly for billing and account issues.
Some people look at these stock responses and just assume because it is a stock response then that somehow means that no human saw the ticket. The only part of Support that is fully automated is the first tier of the refund system, which will only check to see if you qualify under their refund terms and approve or deny the refund based on that. All other contact with Support is speaking with a human.
Only if Sony allows refunds for playing too long and owning it for too long.
