Does steam accept Troy, Diner's Club, or Discover bank cards?
I can't find an option for it, can i buy steam wallet balance with these cards?

globally, if they are not derivatives from mastercard or visa, it is not very likely Steam supports it.
otherwise it depends really on the country of service. i think i have seen Discover at some point on Steam, but that was probably US only.
