ADD FUNDS
I was adding money on my account and everything went good apart from when i gave my info of my card and i paid i was suppose to get a confirmation email on my email adress which i checked it was the same email adress and i never got the confirmation email so i dont have my money, i attempted it multiple times and nothing no email what should i do or why am i not recieving the last email of the payment.

there is another possibility for your problem OP

1) your Steam Account is being "hijacked" by someone else

reason(s)

a) you go visit 3rd party phishing malicious websites and log in with your Steam Account log in information including giving away your Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator codes

i checked your former usernames OP.
just to play it safe, make sure the account is secured. and take the security of your account more serious. the only thing steam returns is a stolen account. anything stolen or traded away is not returned.

Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)


Please review how you are logging into Steam, you somehow gave them your log in information. This could of been due to the computer being compromised and redirecting to a fake login, or you using a 3rd party site to login to steam.

there are you latest purchases on Steam. your attempts to fund your wallet should appear in there. there might be a failed one or two in there.

the reason for this to happen can be broad but the most common reason is a fail of the check with the billing information you entered on Steams checkout process compared with the data that is valid for your credit card provider.

if you can not figure out why this is happening yourself, click on a failed transaction and you may contact Steam support for assistance. they may have more insight what failed.
